VEx – The Vietnam Experience is under new ownership as of July 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, VEx is proudly Vietnamese cuisine paired with a Global Spirit Society\u2014a place where food, culture, and thoughtful drinks come together with purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are women-owned, veteran-owned, and rooted in the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Yen, and I\u2019ve called Forest Grove home since 2022. My passion has always been simple and sincere: to share culture, tell stories through food, and serve dishes that are comforting, vibrant, and full of heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This isn\u2019t just about what\u2019s on the menu. It\u2019s about hospitality, connection, and creating a space that feels warm, intentional, and welcoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
