Today, VEx is proudly Vietnamese cuisine paired with a Global Spirit Society—a place where food, culture, and thoughtful drinks come together with purpose.
We are women-owned, veteran-owned, and rooted in the local community.
I’m Yen, and I’ve called Forest Grove home since 2022. My passion has always been simple and sincere: to share culture, tell stories through food, and serve dishes that are comforting, vibrant, and full of heart.
This isn’t just about what’s on the menu. It’s about hospitality, connection, and creating a space that feels warm, intentional, and welcoming.
